“Breakfast” Foods Are Best For Bulk & A Related Puking Story

Archives : Speaking of August 2019

A healthy appetite for “breakfast” foods is the simplest way to eat hearty and be robust.

I’ve long felt that the heartiness of a good breakfast is eaten at the wrong time of the day.

Fried eggs, potatoes, sausage, milk. This is the makings of a highly anabolic evening meal, as preferably you don’t want the ole 49er floating around in you gut as you try to work all day.

I was at a hotel in northern Virginia. Like many hotels there was a breakfast buffet, in which I felt like an obese German boy in an amply stocked candy store.

I ate around 6 hard boiled eggs, 2 fried eggs, a few packets of instant grits mixed with sausage gravy, 2 biscuits drenched in the same, an instant oatmeal packet, a few sausage patties, a few slices of toast with butter, jam, peanut butter, while drinking solidly a quart of apple juice (I used a coffee cup instead of the little plastic ones) and I believe 5 8oz milk cartons.

Normally I’d stomach this fine. I was feeling slightly off to begin with, and soon after while taking a shit puked into the sink. I could stomach all of it…except the milk carton that had tasted funky, that despite the off taste I finished anyway. I felt shitty as hell when I let the desk know the sink in their lobby men’s bathroom would need cleaning. I’d met the janitor prior, a kind and polite slim elderly black woman, she’d offered me ice from a staff area for my apple juice. I felt like an asshole knowing she’d have to clean the rest of my mess.

(Because not only as a matter of pride do I clean up my own messes as much as possible, but I’ve also been a janitor. The last time I puked prior to that was at the gym. Finding myself unable to make it to a toilet, I made it to a trash can, then tying off the bag and taking it round the building to the dumpster myself, letting the desk girl reline the can as I didn’t have access to the trash bags.)

Despite all this folks in VA know how to do breakfast…if only it was moved from the AM to the evening.

If I Had To Be Vegan

If I had to be a vegan I know what my eating would be based around ;
garbanzo beans/chickpeas and avacados.

I’ve found garbanzo beans to be the best source of plant protein.

Why?

Hindus believe the chickpea to increase semen quantity and quality, to be something of a vegan aphrodisiac. I don’t disagree.

I’ve found avacado to be the most stomachable fat source amongst plants.

For carbs I’d focus on corn and potatoes. Less on grains.

Coconut oil would be another staple, likely slathered on everything but avacado.

(This moreso because butter is not vegan, and it’s role must be filled. I think the only times coconut oil beats butter is on smoke point and shelf life.)

Aside from avacado and coconut, besides peanuts what else is a significant source of plant fat?

Ah, seeds and nuts.

Almonds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds would all work their way into my diet.

Travel food would be the above, coconut oil, and butters (peanut, sun, almond).

The pumpkin seeds would be the go to snack, tastier/better utilized than sunflower, and cheaper than almonds. Recently I’ve been keeping honey roasted peanuts in the car as a snack, though I believe honey would disqualify them as vegan.

I have no urge to go vegan, I’d much rather go carnivore. However I believe mixed macros to be the best for growing large strong humans, that we should eat of all the Earth’s bounty, as this is what God intended, but can see certain ways have their time and uses, and will acknowledge that vegan can be done right.

If I had to be vegan I know how I’d do it.

(I wouldn’t be some sad physiqued mentally weak girly male vegan.)

I know how to eat well.

Natty Steroids aka Anabolic Foods : Red Meat, Raw Eggs, & Heavy Cream

I’m convinced that a “natty” can live right to the degree that steroids are entirely unnecessary.

Maybe this isn’t true for high level bodybuilding, but hey it’s within the realm of possibility, has a greater than zero chance, and belief (even those that are considered delusional…by close minded weaklings…) is a powerful thing.

Don’t underestimate what your mind makes possible, serious results are within the realm of possibility.

When you’re eating large amounts of animal derived saturated fats you’re gonna have no choice but to be a high testosterone powerful motherfucker.

Predator before omnivore, the human animal is nourished by the saturated fat of dead animals.

High fat, some protein, entirely animal derivative was the first human diet.

(And fasting/feasting the primitive way. Besides tribal cultures to this day are healthy athletic individuals.)

In the modern world we have a grocery store where you’re 99.999% chance going to be sourcing the red meat, eggs, and heavy cream that are your three main dietary keys to power.

It’s the stuff vilified by the establishment. It’s the stuff you instinctively crave. It’s what works.
Like Weird Al would say…eat it.

https://youtu.be/ZcJjMnHoIBI?si=kQ4KLW1sxg6GBup0
eat it – weird al

I was very happily surprised to find how much the drinking of heavy cream made a positive difference in what I perceive as my sensing of hormone levels in my own body.

Drinking raw eggs is the easiest way to up your protein consumption considerably, I have no fear of salmonella, it’s simply a practice I do or do not by feel/craving.

The food one eats is best based around red meat.

Red meat is the breakfast/lunch/dinner of champions!

Raw eggs, and red meat mostly raw (I barely cook my steak and burgers in general) are powerful to consume.

However ; you have access to modern agriculture, the largest humans are not keto, but omnivorous, feel free to take full advantage.

What would ground beef be without rice or ramen, steak without potatoes?

Carbs and saturated fats are where it’s very easy to considerably up your calorie consumption.

Eating is THE anabolic activity, especially when it’s the right foods, fueling the right activity.

Simulating True Natural Raw Milk From The Grocery Store : Bodybuilding With Heavy Cream Consumption

I’ve heard that all milk from the store is not even close to milk straight from a cow…a cow grown naturally say 200 years ago, or on an Amish homestead today.

Particularly I remember reading that the fat content of even so called whole milk from a store is only around half of true (grass fed, plenty of acreage, drug free, healthy cows) milk’s fat content.

Fat is the most important macronutrient.

And being ethnically a mutt of milk drinker’s descent, though I stomach store bought milk better than the majority (of gullible fools claiming “lactose intolerance”, a condition I see as an impossibility for the majority claiming it, making it all in their heads) I find heavy cream more useful, more effectively, and more easily utilized than milk.

In the vein of switching to heavy cream in the place of whole milk during periods of frequently drinking egg shakes, I’ve now taken to mixing heavy cream into my milk.

I stomach a tall glass of three parts whole milk, one part heavy cream, better than if it was just the homogenized store bought milk. Plus good fats are anabolic as all hell, they’re hormone building precursors.

Even for me there is precedence to doing such things. At 15 and 16 I poured olive oil into the silly low fat and no fat varieties of milk found in the family’s refrigerator realizing then that good fats were necessary and mostly missing from the household’s diet.

From puberty through present I’ve increased dietary fat intake, from wholesome animal sources (red meat, dairy, with eggs in phases), and the higher it is as percentage of my still mixed macro diet the better I feel, the better I act, the better I look.

You may not have or be able to afford truly natural animal product, but what the grocery store has is still wholesome, and if not 100% there, it is not bad for you, while there is a lot you can do to eat in a manner more conductive to a robust health.

Good healthy fat has been propagandized out of societal eating norms, add it back in.

Heavy cream is good for self.

Heavy cream consumption = more testosterone.

Dietary Fat : The Most Important Macronutrient

Dietary fat, the good kind, is the most important macronutrient in your eating.

The good kind meaning animal fats ; meat, eggs, dairy.

The supplement industry has hamstrung physical progress by creating an obsession with whey protein, often in water, as the postworkout choice.

Look into the laws of thermodynamics. Protein alone is not a bodybuilder, it ends up functioning as a fat burner, and if you’re like me, always seemed to create uncomfortable levels of gas.

Protein needs to be had with fat or carbs to be anabolic, a bodybuilder.
The other macro acts as the shuttle.

Old old school protein powder, Rheo H. Blair’s, was suggested to be mixed in with heavy cream.

Common sense of the period saw the need for the fat to shuttle the protein, and saw the power of the cream’s saturated fat content.

I’ve sourced heavy cream at a solid ass price, calorie for calorie closer in cost to whole milk than it’s usual of around 2.5 – 3x more expensive.

Cholesterol and saturated fat are precursors to testosterone production.

I know eating the right amount of mostly raw beef, raw eggs, and heavy cream in some combination daily has a correlation in a higher level of horniness.

I take that as an obvious sign of increased testosterone.

Hell, the consumption makes me feel well physically, though you’d want your cholesterol and animal fats high for the hormonal reason alone.

I don’t suggest cheap soda as a calorie increaser any longer, I’d prefer you straight up drink cream instead. Real product vs man made garbage.

Homemade burgers and homemade weight gainer shakes, 1950s big bulk style. That’s where it’s at.

You don’t need a crazy high amount of protein, it’s the high fat consumption alongside that protein accounting for most of the anabolism, and hormone production.

Update : 1/11/20 – Spam comment on this with links to a gambling site, “Best breakfast is eggs and bacon ! !” For once the spam makes sense.

On Human Height

Observing and interacting with immigrants both hispanic and asian to the United States I’ve come to the conclusion that height and a good build is something in the genetics of all humans regardless of race or ethnicity.

Nutrition is the #1 factor in height and a robust build.

And I believe the main deciding factor in this is childhood nutrition, while genetics still play a, albeit smaller, role.

I once sat speaking with a small filipino man, maybe 5’2″, and 105-115lbs. In the conversation he asked me if I had played football, guessing my height and weight very accurately, to which he said he was able to as he knew the height/weight of his two college football playing sons (one junior college, one d3), both 100% filipino blood born to the same pair of immigrant parents, born and raised here, 6’1″ 245, and 5’11” 260.

I spoke to him of the size differences, and nutritional variances.

In the Philippines, he grew up on mostly rice and veggies, with a very small amount of chicken. What was telling was his discussion of, and focus on meat.

Chicken in his eyes was not meat, and I’d safely guess he viewed fish in the same light.

His favorite thing about America?
Access to meat. Context clues, such as a look at his lunch box which held fully a kilo of stewed beef in a giant tupperware container, easily led one to understand he meant good anabolic fatty meat, the thing the media and medical establishment vilifies. He ate as much meat as he could in his 40-50 years in America, and made damn certain his sons were raised on the meat heavy diet unavailable to him in the Philippines.

While I believe a mixed macro diet is the best overall for robust humans, as carbs are the largest factor in muscular bulk, the meat is a base level necessity fully available in America and wholly not taken advantage of by native born Americans.

Immigrants to a larger degree see the cornucopia available, and take full advantage while natives are on low fat bird feed “organic” diets, soy lattes, junk food based binge diets, and similar.

I’ve seen the little abuelita with a grocery cart loaded with steak, maybe 10% of the cart veggies, and 10% chicken.

White Americans are eating low t bullshit, and Black Americans are eating similar.

No white is lactose intolerant. At least not of natural, raw, fully fat milk. Even the lower quality of store bought homogenized milk should still be digestible to all, drank, and utilized. Milk is the reason I’m over 200lbs.

Meat for all, meat and dairy for all who can stomach it.

I actually fought with my mother to get whole milk in the house, then more of it as a teen. Steak was something I never had growing up, ground beef was infrequent prior to 16/17, to this day everything my mother cooks that should be beef is instead turkey. While young soy based dairy alternatives were primarily used.

Shit like this leaves a lot of potential for robustness on the table. My learning to eat hearty and train hard in my youth was to a degree damage control.

(And I still grew to be a 6′ tall heavyweight.)

I don’t blame my mother, no woman alone can stand up to the harmful propaganda put out about food.

Do you know anyone not fearful of cholesterol?

It was on me to trust my instincts and set it right. My mother and father can eat bird feed, that’s not my path. It saddens me seeing my father eat cereal, pour white water (skim milk) over it, eat lowest fat ground turkey, etc. That’s not man food.

Instinctively Man food is known.
High fat (fat being the most important of macros, to the point I’d rather you add heavy cream to a shake in place of milk), with protein and carb levels by desire.

I feel this desire is instinctive and weather based. The colder it is the more fat craved, the warmer the more carbs (technically carbohydrates hint hint) craved.

Big eating is an incredibly anabolic activity, as long as you’re not sitting around all day eating garbage, and are willing to at least go for a walk.

America’s grocery stores make this the land of aplenty to all.

Your diet can be as hearty and nourishing as you choose…at inexpensive, easily affordable prices.

Those born to generations of Americans often aren’t eating as hearty as the children of immigrants who’ve realized the horn of plenty they find themselves living in after a childhood of true food scarcity abroad.

Eat instinctively. Take advantage of the blessing that the modern food supply chain is.

“The 1950s Style Bodybuilding Keto Cutting Diet”

Stopping at only one local grocery store, for the cost of $6.15 a day one could eat 30 eggs, and 5 cans of tuna.

(It’s even lower cost using two different stores for the eggs and tuna.)

Protein 310g
Carbs 30g
Fat 140g
Calories 2700

2½ dozen eggs at 88¢ a dozen, chunk light tuna at 79¢ a can.

6 eggs and a can of tuna 5x a day.

Old school, inexpensive, simple.

I’d call it “The 1950s Style Bodybuilding Keto Cutting Diet”.

Enough Nutrition & “Dirty” Food Sources

In the gym there’s an echo chamber about needing everything to be perfect.

This time I’ll be focusing on nutrition, eating, food.

There’s ideal, and then there’s enough as in good enough quality, enough calories, enough protein, so on and so forth.

You learn the concept of enough real quick living physically as a laborer, not as a part of the gym’s weakness mindset.

Leave the “perfect” diet shit to those working “professionals” playing pretend inside of the gym.

At work I’ve seen dude with a sloppy drop fat gut, bad back, drug problem, and more robust physicality than all the possibly six figure making, expensive tuna steak eating, gym going males.

All “wrong” with hard work vs “perfect”…yet weak.

But that’s something of a digression.

You don’t need a massive amount of protein, calories kinda (it depends), but protein no.

The USDA 60 gram a day recommendation is closer to reality than the 1-2g per pound of bodyweight recommendation touted as gospel in gym spheres.

Despite all the naysaying…a frozen pizza gets you most of the way to enough nutrition.

Usually coming in between 75 and 100g protein, in the low 2000 calories, you’ve basically hit your protein requirements for the day, and around half of the calorie requirements often for only a couple bucks.

Daily protein intake of ½ gram per pound of bodyweight is totally acceptable, quite possibly even more than enough.

(Also note I don’t worry that there is soy filler in the meat toppings. Worrying about that is minutia, and I’ve had enough spikes in horniness after eating “dirty” foods with soy in them to say the fat and calorie bomb aspect far overshadows any negatives from the soy.)

You don’t need perfect, you simply need enough.

Enough nutrition makes diet far simpler.

Vegetarian Bodybuilding : How I’d Do It

Vegetarian Meals And Lifting Weights :

One out of two or three of my meals lately have been technically vegetarian. A few days ago I had a vegetarian day, zero meat consumption, this has been happening once every ten days give or take.

My body has been utilizing beans far more effectively than what I consider normal, I’ve been craving them with grain fairly often, my body’s demand for cheese is way up (my dairy consumption is normally quite high), and I’ve less frequent cravings for meat.

So I’ve decided to talk about how I’d eat to be strong if I was to be vegetarian.

Though I don’t fully feel massive amounts of dairy is true to the spirit of the thing, it is technically vegetarian so it’s a huge part as you’ll see below.

My 4 Main Vegetarian Muscle Building Meals :

  • Garbanzo Beans w/Spanish Rice or Top Ramen, Extra Extra Cheese, Butter
  • Mac And Cheese, Extra Extra Cheese w/Pinto Beans
  • Grilled Cheese Sandwich x2 w/Hot Sauce
  • Beans (mix of ~4 types) w/Cheese, and (Optional) White Rice

I drink on average 2-4 gallons whole milk a week, the consumption is highest with the grilled cheese meals. This is normal or slightly less than normal milk consumption for me.

Dairy is the #1 thing :

Taking a que from Hindu wrestlers is good for the vegetarian. Lots of milk, lots of butter, and my opinion? Garbanzo beans are the best legume for the purpose of awesomeness.

Garbanzo Beans :

Used by Hindu wrestlers as affordable anabolic eating, believed by the Romans to increase fertility, and to be an aphrodisiac…to which I agree with the Romans. They also cause far less gas for me.

Of course you also use a lot of cheese. One could live off of cheese alone. My vegetarian meals all have a good amount of cheese added to them.

There’s also nuts and trail mix. Good stuff, good to include. Just not what I’m eating currently. However I generally live off of trail mix on road trips.

Eggs if you include them, I generally only like them when I drink them raw mixed into shakes or orange juice. Though I’m not too fond of eating eggs you could live off of them alone. They’re the primo anabolic food other than milk, a superfood.

It seems when people think of eating vegetarian they think vegetables and soy products.
That’s the wrong way to go about it. For robustness sake alone peasant meals of beans and rice/corn is superior. I advocate what I’ve written which is like my style of the Bill March version of vegetarian.

In Summary :

Vegetarianism can make one awesome if they go about it right… taking ques from Hindu wrestlers, Bill March, and peasant foods not the limp wristed fruitcakes at your local Trader Joe’s/Whole Foods/local organic grocer.

Of course I still advocate eating meat as often as your body demands it. Cravings are there for a reason.

Hot Sauce Consumption Does Good Things

Hot sauce does amazing things when consumed regularly.

•Higher Testosterone
•Faster Metabolism/Fat Burning
•Increased Feeling Of Happiness

All the meat I’ve eaten the last few weeks has been consumed with “Rooster” sauce.

Spicing the hell out of my foods may very well be what’s causing the impressive changes to my body right now.

Spicy food, it’s good for the body.
