You focus on one thought, just one thing.

“I’m built for this” forcefully stated.

Wedge under the bar, “I’m built for this”.

No thoughts of leverages, stiffness, being tired, or hungry, just that one thought, “I’m built for this”.

Say it to yourself. “I’m built for this.”

Mean it, “I’m built for this”.

Do it, “I’m built for this”.

It’s focused madness, “I’m built for this”.
