November 2019 : PT Challenge Announcement

Last month the PT challenge was 50+ hindu squats daily, a rigid exercise requirement.

This time I’m doing guidelines. No specifics other than keeping in some daily leg/glute work.

Bodyweight, weights, holds, at home, gym, whatever. It’s all good, just get the work in. I prefer the freedom of variation.

Because everyday is leg day, that’s my truest style, and oddly a women’s shirt at walmart accurately represents my training and dietary guidelines. This is a photo i took of a women’s t-shirt.

Persistence & Tenacity

Even Tom Cat Trains

Check out this DEA surveillance of Tom in his yard :

Skipping rope, getting it in with improvised equipment. He wants that wind and footwork, his face is one of pure determination.
Pullups, a cat doing his best to grow wings, to switch from feline to predatory avion. Again check the improvised equipment, this time a tree. He’s hungry.
Beating Bruce Lee at Bruce Lee shit. Probably weighs more too, let’s hope that finger strength ain’t being aimed at your throat with bad intentions. To an angry cat the one arm pushup ain’t enough, he like I, knows how easy they are.

If an animated cat who must be nearly 90 (what are cat years in relation to dog years) can get jacked with bodyweight and improvised equipment, what’s your excuse?
